Reconsideration of Staff Action
Any person dissatisfied with a staff action has the right to request reconsideration by the Design Director. Requests for reconsideration must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the staff action. The decision of the Design Director shall be final and shall not be subject to appeal. To request a reconsideration of a Design Review Staff Action, complete the Reconsideration Form and submit within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the staff action.
Design Director Decision Appeals
Any person dissatisfied with a Design Director action has the right to request an appeal by the Design Commission. Appeals must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the Design Director action. The decision of the Design Commission shall be final and shall not be subject to further appeal. To appeal an action of the Design Director, complete the Appeal Form and submit within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Design Director action.
Design Commission Decision Appeals
Any person dissatisfied with a Design Commission action has the right to request an appeal by the City Council. Appeals must be received within ten (10) calendar days of the Design Commission action. The decision of the City Council shall be final and shall not be subject to further appeal. To appeal an action of the Design Commission, complete the Appeal Form and submit within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Design Commission action.
