| Description of Fee | Assessed on all new building construction and additions, including shell buildings, fire sprinkler system installations and additions. Exemption: Does not apply to reconstruction or repair of any building or structure which was damaged or destroyed by earthquake, fire, flood or other cause over which the owner had no control. Said repair must be done (with a Building Permit) within 1 year after the damage. |
