| Purpose of Fee | Finance the infrastructure for the North Natomas community. |
| Description of Fee | The fees include: Public Facilities Fee, Transit Fee, Public Land Acquisition, Regional Park Acquisition, and Drainage Fee. A 3% Administration Fee is included in the fee amounts. Assessed on all new residential and commercial construction and additions. Credits earned may be applied to offset the total fees calculated. |
