Purpose of Fee Finance the infrastructure for the North Natomas community.
Description of Fee The fees include: Public Facilities Fee, Transit Fee, Public Land Acquisition, Regional Park Acquisition, and Drainage Fee. A 3% Administration Fee is included in the fee amounts. Assessed on all new residential and commercial construction and additions. Credits earned may be applied to offset the total fees calculated.

Calculation or Amount Fees are based on net acreage, or for residential, by unit. (See Table) Drainage Fees, where applicable, are calculated on a per-project basis by Development Engineering and Finance.
