| Description of Fee |
Charged any time a plan review is performed or substantial time is spent reviewing plans. All work for which plans are submitted is reviewed for code compliance in all applicable disciplines (electrical, plumbing, building, mechanical, etc).
Fees are based on the valuation of the project. Valuation is defined as the amount that a licensed contractor would charge for labor and materials at fair market value. |
