| Purpose of Fee | To review existing public improvements, and determine what additional improvements may be required. Includes review of plans and site visit. |
| Description of Fee | Building, Grading, and Paving projects that require Development Engineering review provide a deposit at application submittal. Review beyond that which is covered by the deposit is calculated at full cost recovery, and is collected at Building permit issuance. If review and site visit show that no public improvements are required, this deposit reverts to a flat fee for processing a waiver of improvement. |
