| Description of Fee |
Charged on all projects which require a new water tap or increase in size of an existing tap. For residential projects within certain targeted redevelopment areas, this fee is waived, and for residential projects in some additional areas of the city, the fee may be waived if the project meets certain criteria (Reso 87-322). |
