| Purpose of Fee | Offset the cost of testing for adequate fire flows for protection to the site. |
| Description of Fee | All new construction or change of use must provide adequate fire protection. In order to verify if adequate water flows meet the UBC Fire Code and city regulations, a water flow test must be conducted. If the test has already been conducted, then an analysis/report is accepted. |
| Development Phase | Report/Analysis Fee paid at Planning Entitlement application or prior to Building plan submittal. If a Field Test is required, the balance of the fee will be collected at Permit Issuance by Building. |
