| Purpose of Fee | Staff time and processing to incorporate features/property shared among multiple owners/lots into the City's Park Maintenance District. |
| Description of Fee | All residential development (which includes Single Family Residential, Multifamily Residential and Condos) is required to join the Park Maintenance district. The requirement is conditioned by the Parks and Recreation department during the entitlement process. |
